Healthy Banana Bread

This banana bread is made out of 6 healthy ingredients: oats, banana, date syrup, peanut butter and flax seed (okay and vanilla extract, baking soda and salt, but you have that in your cupboard anyways ;) ). Thus, it is oil-free and refined sugar free. Banana bread is always a good idea so let's get into the recipe.
Recipe (10-12 slices) Prep time (1 hour 10 minutes)
2 cups oatmeal flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 big ripe bananas
1/4 cup date syrup
3 tablespoons coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
In a blender, blend the oatmeal, baking soda and salt.
Then, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Oil a cake pan and pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake the banana bread for 55 minutes.
Cool down before eating.
